Анотація

Проаналізовано процес лібералізації британської імміграційної політики під
час перебування Т. Блера на посаді прем’єр-міністра Великої Британії. Розглянуто обставини, в яких відбулося пом’якшення підходу до допуску іноземних громадян на територію Сполученого Королівства, а також з’ясовано чим це було зумовлено. Висвітлено основні нововведення, які дозволили говорити про лібералізацію імміграційної політики Великобританії на початку ХХІ ст. Коротко охарактеризовано наслідки трансформацій у сфері імміграційної політики.
