Інституційно-політичні та конституційноправові типи європейських парламентських демократій: наголос на системах позитивного та негативного парламентаризму

Анотація

Проаналізовано інституційно-політичні й конституційно-правові ознаки та детермінанти парламентських демократій, а на цій підставі виділено такі їхні типи, як системи позитивного та негативного парламентаризму. Аргументовано, що вагомим фактором типологізації парламентських демократій є реалізовані у них парламентські вотум довіри/інвеститури урядовим кабінетам. Виокремлено теоретико-методологічні ознаки систем позитивного та негативного парламентаризму, а також їхні приклади в країнах Європи.
