Анотація
Прийняття конституції є важливим етапом на шляху демократизаційних перетворень, однак деякими дослідниками ставиться під сумнів необхідність її негайного прийняття новоствореною державою та її вплив на становлення демократичного режиму. Особливості подальшого конституційного процесу у перехідних країнах не викликають інтересу у дослідників, хоча його детальний аналіз дає підстави стверджувати про взаємозв’язок між рівнем розвитку демократичних інститутів та радикальністю конституційних реформ.Завантаження
